Good sized, well-presented rooms with comfortable beds and a pillow menu if needed. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a small mall. The breakfast offered solid Western options and a decent coffee machine.
The hotel seemed a bit dated with some signs of wear and tear. There was a convention going on , , made it difficult to get cabs and the lobby had extra security measures in place.

Staying at this hotel made me feel indulged, with its exclusive amenities and excellent service. the Spa & wellness centre has a heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam room, all of which are uncrowded. the Spa Centre offers beach umbrellas and sun loungers, to use by the swimming pool, which is large and has a shallow end. It was a great location with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a private balcony and exclusive advantages such as in-room breakfast and snack bar.
The hotel only had one minor problem, the lack of privacy in the room did not allow me to fully relax. Even though the private facilities were fantastic, the room felt a little exposed and could have benefitted from more drapes or blinds.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a big shopping center, making it easy to access grocery stores and restaurants. It is also near a subway station, providing convenient transportation options. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious choices, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Guests can also enjoy facilities such as a swimming pool, steam room, and a bar with live music.
Some guests have mentioned that the room windows are not soundproof, allowing outside noise to be heard.
