Convenient location close to airport and subway, with a large mall nearby. Spacious rooms with city views and windows that can be opened. Comfortable beds and English-speaking staff. Nice pool for kids and friendly room attendant.

Good sized, well-presented rooms with comfortable beds and a pillow menu if needed. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a small mall. The breakfast offered solid Western options and a decent coffee machine.
The hotel seemed a bit dated with some signs of wear and tear. There was a convention going on , , made it difficult to get cabs and the lobby had extra security measures in place.

Staying at this hotel made me feel indulged, with its exclusive amenities and excellent service. the Spa & wellness centre has a heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam room, all of which are uncrowded. the Spa Centre offers beach umbrellas and sun loungers, to use by the swimming pool, which is large and has a shallow end. It was a great location with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a private balcony and exclusive advantages such as in-room breakfast and snack bar.
The hotel only had one minor problem, the lack of privacy in the room did not allow me to fully relax. Even though the private facilities were fantastic, the room felt a little exposed and could have benefitted from more drapes or blinds.
